These illustrations were all created in my printmaking class, where I explored techniques and materials I hadn’t had the chance to explore previously. Although some parts of this course were challenging, I enjoyed the hands on experience and was able to combine my abilities in graphic design with traditional art forms. 

  One of the illustrations is a linocut of my cat, Miso. This particular artwork captures the essence of my beloved feline friend, with its intricate details and her quirky personality. The second illustration is also a linocut, but it features plants inspired by the Grand Valley. The relief technique used in these artworks adds a layer of depth and texture. The third artwork was created using a copperplate etching technique, which adds a level of detail that is hard to replicate in other mediums. The artwork represents the heartwarming relationship my cats share.
